During the Session• Follow the guidance given by the yoga instructor• The practice is intentionally slow and gentle• If a cat comes close and it feels distracting or unsafe, pause your movement• You may gently guide a cat away if comfortable, but staff can assist• Do not pick up, grab, or carry cats• During the active practice, allow cats to move freely and ignore them where possible? After the Session (Relaxation Time)After the practice we allow time for rest and gentle interaction with the cats.• Sanitise hands before interacting with cats• Do not disturb cats who are sleeping or resting• Do not pick up or chase cats• Allow the cat to approach you first• You may gently stroke them only if they appear comfortable• Please give cats space and allow them to move freely• Do not feed the cats (they are on specific diets)• Please keep voices soft and noise levels lowBy following these guidelines, you help us create a calm and safe environment for both people and cats.
